Welcome to the Maritimo Roche Harbor Rendezvous ! We’re thrilled to have you join us for three days of camaraderie, exciting activities, and unforgettable experiences. Get ready to explore, connect, and create lasting memories with fellow Maritimo owners.

2 – Email your transfer receipt to Jenny; [email protected] along with your vessel name (if applicable) and each attendees full name and email address

*If you’d like to pay via credit card please request a credit card authorisation form from Jenny or Logan

3 – Once we have confirmation on your payment your vessel and the names of attendees will be added to the offical Rendezvous list. Any changes to the event will be emailed to all paid attendees if required. Otherwise please refer to this page for all event details.

THURSDAY MAY 14

2:00 PM – 5:00 PM  – Registration & Welcome Reception – Check in and kick off the rendezvous with a relaxed meet-and-greet alongside fellow Maritimo guests. Enjoy appetizers, drinks, and the lively atmosphere as the weekend gets underway.

6:00 PM – Evening at leisure – Enjoy dinner at one of Roche Harbor’s restaurants or nearby favorites.

FRIDAY MAY 15

9:00 AM – Breakfast at Margaritaville | Maritimo Welcome – Start the day with a relaxed breakfast and great company at Margaritaville. Meet the Maritimo team, including:

12:00 PM – Box Lunch at Margaritaville – Grab lunch and recharge before the afternoon. Lunch sponsored by Dockmate.

1:00 PM – Global Marine Insurance – Presenters Holly Tillotson and Mike Abbott share insights on coverage, planning, and peace of mind on the water.

2:00 PM – Blue Water Desalination – Presenter Berkeley Andrews discusses onboard water solutions for extended cruising.

3:00 PM – PCYS Pacific Coast Yacht Service – An overview of service support and maintaining peak performance for your vessel.

4:00 – 6:00 PM – Free Time at Roche Harbor – Relax, explore the resort, or visit with fellow Maritimo guests dockside.

6:00 PM – Dinner at the Party Barge – Wrap up the day with an evening on the water—great food, drinks, and company. Dinner sponsored by Global Marine Insurance.

SATURDAY MAY 16

9:00 AM – Coffee & Doughnuts at Margaritaville – Fuel up with fresh coffee and doughnuts from Lime Kiln Café.

10:00 – 11:00 AM – PCYS (Pacific Coast Yacht Service) & Garmin with Jon Josephson – An in-depth discussion on yacht management, services, and expertise.

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – First Mate Course – Hands-on instruction led by Chris Elliott, designed to build confidence and skills on the water.

Midday at Leisure – Enjoy lunch on your own and take time to explore Roche Harbor, the village, or nearby docks. Guests are also invited to join the First Annual Chip & Sip—a relaxed experience with light refreshments and a friendly chipping challenge to the floating green.
Awards will be presented for Men’s and Women’s Master Champions.
