As you approach Roche Harbor, please contact the marina on Channel 78A for your slip assignment. The marina team will guide you directly to your designated location, and our team will be onsite to assist. A map of guest slip locations is provided below for reference to help familiarize yourself ahead of time.

2:00 PM – 5:00 PM  – Registration & Welcome Reception – Check in and kick off the rendezvous with a relaxed meet-and-greet alongside fellow Maritimo guests. Enjoy appetizers, drinks, and the lively atmosphere as the weekend gets underway.

1:00 PM – Global Marine Insurance – Presenters Holly Tillotson and Troy Buttleman share insights on coverage, planning, and peace of mind on the water.

2:00 PM – Blue Water Desalination – Presenter Berkeley Andrews discusses onboard water solutions for extended cruising.

3:00 PM – Maritimo Service & Support – Tom Jagucki (Customer Service Manager) and Jeff Fisher (Warranty Manager – Americas) will cover service support, parts, and key points of contact, along with answering any questions to help you get the most from your vessel.

4:00 – 6:00 PM – Free Time at Roche Harbor – Relax, explore the resort, or visit with fellow Maritimo guests dockside.

6:00 PM – Dinner at the Party Barge – Wrap up the day with an evening on the water—great food, drinks, and company. Dinner sponsored by Global Marine Insurance.

10:00 – 11:00 AM – Garmin with Jon Josephson – An in-depth discussion on yacht management, services, and expertise.

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – First Mate Course – Hands-on instruction led by Chris Elliott, designed to build confidence and skills on the water.

1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Beer Garden & Live Band on the West Lawn

3:30 PM – 5:00 PM – First Annual Chip & Sip—A relaxed experience with light refreshments and a friendly chipping challenge to the floating green.
Awards will be presented for Men’s and Women’s Master Champions.
